Viola glabella

Stream Violet

One of our favorite spring woodland flowers. This charmer has bright yellow, neatly veined flowers and soft green, heart-shaped foliage. Very early to emerge -- late March to early April in the Pacific Northwest. Likes a moist, woodsy spot; grows to 6 inches tall. Easy to grow, and does reseed a bit.

Shade 3.5" pots $5.50
