Platycodon grandiflorus

A carefree hardy perennial that blooms in June-August. The characteristic balloon-shaped flower buds open up to 2-inch bell-shaped flowers. We have a number of beautiful varieties available:

• Single pink flowers
• Double blue flowers
• 'Fairy Snow' -- Double white flowers on a 20-inch plant
• Blue-white sport -- A double form that showed up in the garden of our seed supplier. Interior and exterior are white streaked with light blue.
