Welcome to Terrapin Gardens.
We are a small mail-order nursery located in the Seattle, Washington area offering a selection of annuals, perennials, succulents, and trees.

We started out in 2001 with only a handful of plant offerings, but our plant list has been growing steadily since then. Most of our plants are uncommon or unusual, and we try out new plant varieties every year.

Please use the menu on the left to browse our online catalog. (Sorry, but we don't offer a printed version of the catalog.) On the plant pages, we have included our own plant photos where possible, and will be adding more photos every year.

Spring 2008

Our 2008 shipping season starts in April. If you've already preordered (thank you!), you'll be hearing from us soon. Newcomers this year include Salvia patens 'Pink Ice', Nicotiana 'Hot Chocolate', Aquilegia 'Swallowtail', and Verbascum dumulosum, growing alongside tried-and-true favorites from previous years.
